- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 12 Oreo cookies (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Mix crushed Oreos and melted butter, press into a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Fold in sour cream and chopped Oreos.
- Pour filling over crust and bake for 50-60 minutes.
- Cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
