Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the puff pastry into small squares or circles.
  3. In a bowl, mix blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
  4. Place a spoonful of the blueberry mixture in the center of each pastry piece.
  5. Fold the edges of the pastry over the filling.
  6. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  7. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
