- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the puff pastry into small squares or circles.
- In a bowl, mix blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
- Place a spoonful of the blueberry mixture in the center of each pastry piece.
- Fold the edges of the pastry over the filling.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
