Make quick and easy mini cakes using an air fryer. Perfect for small servings or a quick dessert.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add milk, oil, egg, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
- Pour batter into greased mini cake molds, filling halfway.
- Place molds in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use silicone molds for easy removal.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Top with frosting or fruit if desired.
