Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add milk, oil, egg, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
  4. Pour batter into greased mini cake molds, filling halfway.
  5. Place molds in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
