Description

- 6 fresh jalapeños
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Cut jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika in a bowl.
- Fill jalapeño halves with the cheese mixture.
- Dip each popper in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly spray poppers with cooking spray and place in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Wear gloves when handling jalapeños to avoid irritation.
- For extra heat, leave some seeds in the jalapeños.
- Serve with ranch or sour cream for dipping.
