Crispy and creamy potato gratin made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients

- 2 large potatoes (thinly sliced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp butter (for greasing)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease air fryer basket with butter.
- Layer half the potato slices in the basket.
- Pour half the cream over potatoes.
- Sprinkle half the cheeses, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
- Cook for 25 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Slice potatoes evenly for even cooking.
- Check doneness with fork after 20 minutes.
- Add more cheese if desired.
