Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter (for greasing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease air fryer basket with butter.
  3. Layer half the potato slices in the basket.
  4. Pour half the cream over potatoes.
  5. Sprinkle half the cheeses, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
  7. Cook for 25 minutes until golden and crispy.
  8. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Slice potatoes evenly for even cooking.
  • Check doneness with fork after 20 minutes.
