- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions, then drain.

- Add ground beef, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
- Stir in tomato sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Combine cooked macaroni with beef mixture in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheeses evenly on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
