- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cooked basmati rice
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup tahini sauce
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, turmeric, cinnamon, salt, and pepper for 30 minutes.
- Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes per side.
- Prepare the bowl by layering cooked rice, chicken, cucumber, tomatoes, and parsley.
- Drizzle with tahini sauce before serving.
