Ingredients

- 12 oz rotini pasta
- 1 lb cooked and diced chicken breast
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, chicken, tomatoes, olives, and red onion.
- In a small bowl, mix ranch dressing, barbecue sauce, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
- Pour dressing over pasta mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese and gently mix.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use tri-color rotini for a more colorful salad.
- Can be made a day ahead for better flavor.
- Add diced avocado just before serving for extra creaminess.
