Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground pork and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add shredded carrots and cabbage, stirring to combine.
- Pour in soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha (if using). Mix well.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until vegetables soften.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
