Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can Guinness beer (14.9 oz)
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 can kidney beans, drained (15 oz)
- 1 can black beans, drained (15 oz)
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until softened.
- Pour in the Guinness beer and stir, scraping any browned bits from the bottom.
- Add diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- For extra heat, add a diced jalapeño.
- Substitute ground turkey for a lighter option.
