Instructions

  3. In another bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
  4. Add egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture, mixing well.
  5. Stir in peanut butter until fully incorporated.
  6. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until combined.
  7. Scoop dough into 24 balls and place on the baking sheet.
  8. Press a peanut butter cup into the center of each dough ball.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set.
  10. Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
