Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 4 oz diced pimentos, drained
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1/2 lb cooked sausage, crumbled
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Stir in diced pimentos, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
- Fold in cooked sausage crumbles and season with salt and black pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes until bubbly.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced bread.
Notes
- For extra heat, add a dash of hot sauce or diced jalapeños.
- Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Can be made ahead and reheated before serving.
