Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked rice
- 200g steak, sliced
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and stir for 30 seconds.
- Add steak slices and cook until browned.
- Push steak to one side, crack eggs into the pan, and scramble.
- Add rice and mixed vegetables, stir well.
- Pour soy sauce over the mixture and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use day-old rice for best texture.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
- Add chili flakes for extra heat.
