- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh strawberries

- Optional toppings: extra strawberries, nuts, or seeds
Instructions
- In a jar or container, add rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, honey, chia seeds, and vanilla extract.
- Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Add chopped strawberries and mix lightly.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
- Before eating, give it a stir and add extra toppings if desired.
Notes
- Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- For a thicker texture, reduce the amount of milk.
