Ingredients

- 1 pork tenderloin (1.5 lbs)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar, lime juice, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
- Place pork tenderloin in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Remove pork from marinade and sear on all sides for 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer skillet to a preheated oven at 375°F and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- For extra flavor, grill the pork instead of baking.
- Marinate overnight for deeper taste.
- Serve with rice or a fresh salad.
