- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 jalapenos, seeded and diced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup crispy bacon, crumbled
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
- Add shredded chicken, diced jalapenos, cheddar cheese, bacon, green onions, and minced garlic. Stir well.
- Season with salt and black pepper. Adjust to taste.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve on bread, crackers, or as a dip with veggies.
Notes
- For extra heat, leave some jalapeno seeds in.
- Use rotisserie chicken for quick prep.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
