Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 jalapenos, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup crispy bacon, crumbled
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Add shredded chicken, diced jalapenos, cheddar cheese, bacon, green onions, and minced garlic. Stir well.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper. Adjust to taste.
  4. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve on bread, crackers, or as a dip with veggies.
