- 6 jalapenos
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 eggroll wrappers
- 6 slices bacon
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Fill jalapeno halves with cheese mixture.
- Wrap each stuffed jalapeno in an eggroll wrapper.
- Wrap bacon slice around each eggroll-wrapped jalapeno.
- Place on baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
Notes
- Wear gloves when handling jalapenos.
- Adjust spice level by leaving more or fewer seeds.
