Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onions, salt, and sugar. Cook, stirring occasionally, until deeply caramelized (about 25 minutes).
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. In a bowl, mix caramelized onions, Gruyère, sour cream, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper.
  5. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes until bubbly.
