Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
- Rub olive oil all over the turkey.
- Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and thyme in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle the spice mix evenly over the turkey.
- Place the turkey in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
