Ingredients

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, browned
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Brown the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, then let it cool slightly.
- Mix almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Stir in the browned butter and vanilla extract until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough into small balls and flatten them slightly.
- Place cookies in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Air fry at 320°F (160°C) for 6-8 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon.
- If dough is too sticky, chill for 10 minutes before shaping.
