- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add wet ingredients and stir until combined.
- Scoop dough into small balls (about 1 tbsp each).
- Place dough balls in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For extra sweetness, roll donut holes in powdered erythritol after cooking.
