Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix almond flour, erythritol, and melted butter in a bowl to form the crust.
  3. Press the crust mixture into a greased air fryer-safe pan.
  4. Air fry the crust for 5 minutes.
  5. Whisk eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla, and baking powder for the filling.
  6. Pour filling over the crust.
  7. Air fry for 10-12 minutes until set.
  8. Let cool before slicing.
