Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix erythritol and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Brush tortillas with melted butter and sprinkle the cinnamon mixture evenly.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and cut into 1-inch slices.
- Place rolls in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes.
- Mix cream cheese, powdered erythritol, and vanilla extract to make the frosting.
- Drizzle frosting over warm rolls and serve.
