Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1/4 cup Korean BBQ sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, ginger, and black pepper.
  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs (about 1-inch diameter).

  6. Brush meatballs with Korean BBQ sauce and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
