Description
A refreshing drink combining the floral notes of lavender with the tartness of lemon.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 4 cups cold water
- 2 tbsp dried culinary lavender
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices and lavender sprigs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine sugar and 1 cup water. Heat over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
- Add lavender to the sugar syrup, remove from heat, and let steep for 15 minutes.
- Strain the lavender syrup into a pitcher.
- Add lemon juice and remaining 3 cups of cold water. Stir well.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve over ice, garnished with lemon slices and lavender sprigs if desired.
Notes
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- Use culinary lavender for safety.
- Steeping longer will intensify the lavender flavor.
