Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend)
  • 1 cup cooked protein (chicken, beef, or beans)
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp taco seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
  • 1/4 cup salsa (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (190°C).
  2. Place one tortilla on a flat surface and sprinkle half with shredded cheese.
  3. Add protein, bell peppers, onions, cilantro, and taco seasoning over the cheese.
  4. Fold the tortilla in half and press lightly to seal.
  5. Brush both sides with olive oil.
  6. Place the quesadilla in the air fryer basket and cook for 4-5 minutes, flipping halfway.
  7. Remove when golden and crispy. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  8. Serve with sour cream and salsa if desired.
