- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend)
- 1 cup cooked protein (chicken, beef, or beans)
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp taco seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
- 1/4 cup salsa (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (190°C).
- Place one tortilla on a flat surface and sprinkle half with shredded cheese.
- Add protein, bell peppers, onions, cilantro, and taco seasoning over the cheese.
- Fold the tortilla in half and press lightly to seal.
- Brush both sides with olive oil.
- Place the quesadilla in the air fryer basket and cook for 4-5 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Remove when golden and crispy. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- Serve with sour cream and salsa if desired.
