Ingredients

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 2 tbsp granulated sweetener (erythritol or monk fruit)
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup (optional for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, and sweetener in a bowl.
  2. Add egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until a dough forms.
  3. Roll the dough into a rectangle on parchment paper.
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon evenly over the dough.
  5. Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 6 equal pieces.
  6. Place rolls in the air fryer basket and cook at 350°F for 8-10 minutes.
  7. Drizzle with sugar-free maple syrup if desired.
