Instructions
- Mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, almond milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and sweetener.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Spoon batter into small rounds on parchment paper or silicone molds.
- Air fry for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown.
- Flip carefully and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
