Ingredients

- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (or coconut aminos for low sodium)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for 1 minute.
- Add shredded cabbage and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce and rice vinegar, mixing well.
- Season with red pepper flakes if desired.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
