- 12 Medjool dates
- 4 oz goat cheese
- 6 slices bacon, cut in half
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Slice dates open and remove pits.
- Stuff each date with goat cheese.
- Wrap each date with half slice of bacon.
- Place on baking sheet and drizzle with maple syrup.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until bacon is crisp.
