Ingredients

  • 1 jar (24 oz) spaghetti sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 8 oz cottage cheese
  • 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 12 oz cooked spaghetti noodles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Brown ground beef and mix with spaghetti sauce.
  3. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, and cottage cheese.
  4. Layer half the cooked spaghetti in a baking dish.
  5. Spread cheese mixture over noodles.
  6. Add remaining spaghetti.
  7. Pour melted butter over top.
  8. Spread meat sauce over butter.
  9. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  10. Bake for 30 minutes.

Notes

  • Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
  • Substitute ricotta for cottage cheese if preferred.
