- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp white miso paste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp chopped green onions
Instructions
- Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes until softened.
- Stir in miso paste, soy sauce, and garlic.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce coats the mushrooms.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and garnish with green onions.
- Serve warm.
