Ingredients

- 2 cups mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, pecans)
- 2 tbsp white miso paste
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk miso, maple syrup, olive oil, paprika, and black pepper.
- Toss nuts in the mixture until evenly coated.
- Spread nuts in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Roast for 15-18 minutes, stirring once halfway.
- Let cool completely before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
- For extra spice, add a pinch of cayenne.
- Use raw nuts for best results.
