Ingredients

- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (4 oz) can diced green chiles
- 1/2 cup chopped ham or cooked bacon
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Stir in green chiles, ham, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
- Serve warm with ers, bread, or chips.
Notes
- For extra spice, add diced jalapeños.
- Can be prepared ahead and refrigerated before baking.
- Leftovers can be reheated in the microwave.
