Instructions

  2. Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, cumin, paprika, turmeric, cayenne, and salt.
  3. Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Whisk tahini, honey, lemon juice, and water until smooth.
  6. Drizzle glaze over roasted cauliflower.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
