Ingredients

- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp water
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, cumin, paprika, turmeric, cayenne, and salt.
- Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Whisk tahini, honey, lemon juice, and water until smooth.
- Drizzle glaze over roasted cauliflower.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- Adjust cayenne for desired spice level.
- For a vegan version, substitute honey with maple syrup.
