Easy no-bake apple crisp bars made in the air fryer.
Ingredients

- 2 cups diced apples
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mix oats, almond flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl.
- Add maple syrup and coconut oil. Stir until crumbly.
- Press half the mixture into an air fryer-safe dish.
- Layer diced apples evenly on top.
- Sprinkle remaining oat mixture over apples.
- Air fry at 350°F for 12-15 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before slicing into bars.
Notes
- Use firm apples like Granny Smith.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more maple syrup if needed.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
