Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Mix oats, almond flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add maple syrup and coconut oil. Stir until crumbly.
  3. Press half the mixture into an air fryer-safe dish.
  4. Layer diced apples evenly on top.
  5. Sprinkle remaining oat mixture over apples.
  6. Air fry at 350°F for 12-15 minutes until golden.
  7. Let cool before slicing into bars.
