Quick and easy no-bake apple turnovers made in the air fryer.
Ingredients

- 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 package puff pastry sheets (thawed)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Mix apples, lemon juice, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares.
- Spoon apple mixture onto each square.
- Fold pastry over and seal edges with a fork.
- Brush with egg wash.
- Air fry at 375°F for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Use firm apples like Granny Smith for best texture.
- Let turnovers cool slightly before serving.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
