A quick and easy no-bake bread pudding made in the air fryer.
Ingredients

- 4 cups cubed bread
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Add bread cubes and stir until coated.
- Transfer mixture to an air fryer-safe dish.
- Cook at 350°F for 15 minutes.
- Check for doneness and cook longer if needed.
- Serve warm.

- Use stale bread for best results.
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- Top with whipped cream or syrup if desired.
