Instructions

- Combine condensed milk, melted butter, and vanilla in a separate bowl
- Pour wet mixture over popcorn and mix thoroughly
- Form into 1-inch balls using your hands
- Roll each ball in powdered sugar
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving
