Ingredients

- 2 lbs pork ribs
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add ribs and brown on all sides.
- Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, and water, then pour over ribs.
- Cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
- Add pineapple chunks and cook for 10 more minutes.
- Serve hot.

- Adjust sugar to taste.
