Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or fusilli)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let it cool.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooled pasta with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and black olives.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss gently to combine.
- Divide the salad into individual serving cups and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
