Description

A simple and healthy chicken breast recipe made with a tangy balsamic glaze, cooked to perfection in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it in the air fryer basket. Discard the remaining marinade.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
