A simple and healthy chicken breast recipe made with a tangy balsamic glaze, cooked to perfection in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it in the air fryer basket. Discard the remaining marinade.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Ensure the chicken breasts are of even thickness for even cooking.
- Adjust cooking time based on the size of the chicken breasts.
- Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness.
