Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Toss potato wedges with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  3. Place wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway.
  4. While potatoes cook, brown the ground beef with onions in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Add Worcestershire sauce and oregano to the beef. Cook until fully browned.
  6. Top the cooked potato wedges with the seasoned ground beef before serving.
