- 2 large potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 250g ground beef
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- Toss potato wedges with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Place wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- While potatoes cook, brown the ground beef with onions in a pan over medium heat.
- Add Worcestershire sauce and oregano to the beef. Cook until fully browned.
- Top the cooked potato wedges with the seasoned ground beef before serving.

- Cut potato wedges evenly for uniform cooking.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For crispier wedges, extend cooking time in 2-minute increments.
