Description
Crispy pretzel bites made easily in the air fryer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp active dry yeast
- 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 4 cups water
- 1/4 cup baking soda
- Coarse salt for topping
Instructions
- Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, and melted butter. Knead into a dough.
- Let dough rise for 1 hour.
- Boil 4 cups water with baking soda.
- Shape dough into small balls and boil for 30 seconds.
- Place pretzel bites in air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes.
- Sprinkle with coarse salt while warm.
Notes
- Check dough consistency before boiling.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Serve with mustard or cheese dip.
