Ingredients

- 3 cups cereal (rice or corn)
- 1 cup pretzels
- 1 cup nuts (almonds or pecans)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix cereal, pretzels, and nuts.
- In a saucepan, melt butter with brown sugar, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until smooth.
- Pour the butter mixture over the dry ingredients and toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the mixture on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Let cool completely before breaking into clusters.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to one week.
- For extra sweetness, drizzle melted white chocolate over the cooled clusters.
