  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 24 ladyfinger cookies
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix mascarpone, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.

  6. Repeat the layers, ending with the pumpkin mixture.
  7. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
