Ingredients

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 24 ladyfinger cookies
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, mix mascarpone, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
- Dip each ladyfinger into the coffee for 1-2 seconds and place at the bottom of serving cups.
- Layer the pumpkin mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat the layers, ending with the pumpkin mixture.
- Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Dust with cocoa powder before serving.

- Use fresh pumpkin puree for best results.
- Adjust the amount of pumpkin spice to taste.
- Make sure the coffee is completely cooled before dipping the ladyfingers.
