Ingredients

  • 24 ladyfinger cookies
  • 1/2 cup strong coffee, cooled
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Mix pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, whip mascarpone, heavy cream, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Dip ladyfingers in coffee and layer them at the bottom of a trifle dish.
  4. Spread half the pumpkin mixture over the ladyfingers.
  5. Add a layer of half the mascarpone cream.
  6. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
  7. Dust the top with cocoa powder.
  8. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
