A delicious layered dessert combining the flavors of pumpkin, coffee, and mascarpone in a trifle.
Ingredients

- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 24 ladyfinger cookies
- 1/2 cup strong coffee, cooled
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- Mix pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whip mascarpone, heavy cream, and vanilla until smooth.
- Dip ladyfingers in coffee and layer them at the bottom of a trifle dish.
- Spread half the pumpkin mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Add a layer of half the mascarpone cream.
- Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
- Dust the top with cocoa powder.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

- Use fresh pumpkin puree for best flavor.
- Adjust sugar to taste.
