Ingredients

- 2 large potatoes (500g)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Wash and cut the potatoes into even-sized cubes.
- Soak the potatoes in cold water for 10 minutes to remove excess starch.
- Drain and pat the potatoes dry with a paper towel.
- Toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for 3 minutes.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for crispiness and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes if needed.
- Serve hot.
