- 12 oz pasta shells
- 1 lb cherry tomatoes
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Toss cherry tomatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet.
- Roast tomatoes for 20 minutes or until softened.
- Cook pasta shells according to package instructions.
- Drain pasta and mix with roasted tomatoes.
- Top with torn burrata and fresh basil before serving.
